RCS Business Messaging Opt‑In
This page describes how Messagify Technologies Pvt. Ltd. obtains explicit, verifiable consent from end users before sending them Rich Communication Services (RCS) business messages, and provides a sample of the opt-in form used to collect that consent.
1How Opt-In Works
Before any RCS message is sent to a recipient, the individual must voluntarily provide their consent through one of the following channels:
- A web-based sign-up form on our website or a client's website (sample shown below)
- A point-of-sale or in-store enrolment form completed by the customer
- An explicit request initiated by the customer via phone, SMS, or a mobile application
Each opt-in record captures the recipient's name and phone number, the date and time of consent, and a copy of the exact disclosure language shown to the user at the time of sign-up.
2Sample Opt-In Form
The form below is a representative sample of the opt-in experience presented to end users to obtain their consent for RCS/SMS notifications.
3Message Types & Frequency
Once opted in, a recipient may receive transactional, order/appointment, and promotional RCS or SMS messages from the enrolling business, at a frequency disclosed to them at the time of sign-up. Message and data rates may apply.
4Opting Out
Recipients can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message received, or by contacting us at info@messagify.in. Opt-out requests are honoured within a maximum of 24 hours.
