Pay-Per-Use Channel Rates

Channel costs depend on your volume and are billed based on actual usage. The following are indicative rates — contact us for volume-based pricing.

WhatsApp (Utility / Transactional) ₹0.20 – ₹0.35 per message Lower Meta conversation rates for utility messages.
SMS (Transactional) ₹0.12 – ₹0.18 per SMS TRAI DLT-registered routes. Rate per 160 characters.
SMS (Promotional) ₹0.08 – ₹0.14 per SMS Subject to TRAI time restrictions (9 AM – 9 PM).
Email ₹0.008 – ₹0.015 per email Includes tracking, unsubscribe management.
Voice (Outbound) ₹0.30 – ₹0.50 per minute IVR and voice broadcast. Telecom carrier charges included.

Pricing Questions

Is there a free trial?
Yes — we offer a 14-day platform demo and sandbox access after an onboarding call. Contact us to schedule yours.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No setup fees on Starter and Growth plans. Enterprise deployments may have a one-time implementation fee depending on customisation scope — this is always disclosed upfront.
How does WhatsApp pricing work?
WhatsApp Business API uses a conversation-based pricing model set by Meta. Messagify charges a per-message rate that includes Meta's fees. Rates depend on conversation category (marketing, utility, authentication, service) and volume. We will provide a full breakdown during your demo.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Monthly plans can be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. Annual plans are subject to the terms in your agreement.
Do you offer discounts for high-volume or annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing attracts up to 20% discount. High-volume channel usage (above 1M messages/month) is priced separately — contact our sales team.
Is there pricing for white-label / resellers?
Yes. Our multi-tenant architecture is built for agencies and resellers. We offer revenue-share and flat reseller pricing models. Contact us to discuss your reseller programme.
